TPI Makers Exhibit at Jewellery Week

During incubation, makers work in high-security workshops with casting machines, CAD/CAM stations, 3D printers and laser welders, supported by master artisans and quality control. Every incubatee is paired with an experienced master artisan who guides technique, production planning and quality control. Incubatees and alumni can book casting, CAD/CAM, 3D printing and laser welding equipment after completing an induction. TPI helps artisans and SMMEs turn platinum into products. High-security storage and handling that meet Precious Metals Act requirements. The pre-incubation phase helped me register my business and price my work properly for the first time.

Annual reports, audits and cohort case studies are available to funders and stakeholders on request. From first sketch to finished piece, TPI supports every step of building a sustainable precious metals business. Casting machines and kilns for precise production runs in platinum, gold and silver. After graduating, alumni operate independently while keeping nominal-fee access to equipment, trade show exhibitions and retail pipelines such as the OR Tambo hub. We help incubatees source raw metal in bulk, reducing costs and making small-batch production viable.
